To use Gurian Project Definition you need to register.
The Registration process
You can register from our main page by clicking on the button "Register".
Register at the Gurian Project Definition web site. After validation, create your project with the help of our on-line assistant.

Once you clicked on the "Register" button the system will send you an email. To finalise the registration process click on the link set in the email.
Now that you are registered you can enter the system.
Multilingual
Gurian Project Definition is available in English, French, German, Dutch, Ukrainian and Russian. To select a language just click on a flag on the bottom of the screen. Gurian Project Definition allows you to change language on the fall. Be aware that Gurian Project Definition will not translate your input.
Project's system requirement available in several format
Project's system requirement are available in the following format:

To download your document you must firstly pay for the service then you follow system instructions to download the file.

Guriansoft will keep your system requirements confidential. While using the on-line tool, developed by Guriansoft, you access to your project(s) and only to your project(s). In order to ensure you a total confidentiality we generate upon your request a None Disclosure Agreement (NDA). This document is a warrant of our engagement to keep safe your project(s). To print the NDA you need to sign-up into the system. The data you entered for registration will be used in this document

How does it work?
The wizard has been designed in order to ease you the work. You have to answer questions either by entering a free text either by selection ans answer in a scrolled list. Pages are organised by theme, you can navigate through page using buttons "Back" and "Next" :

Describe purpose, type and architecture. Define for which users your project is aimed at.
Functional Module Description
Enter the name and describe module and the list of functionalities.
Functional Description
Enter the name and describe functionalities and its functional specifications.
Project Organization
Answer a few important questions for good project accomplishment.
Menu Description
Define and describe your project's menus.
Risk Analysis
Describe potential and main risks of the project management.
Application Set-up
Give information about global setting for the future application. And tune setting proposed by the system.
Graphical User Interface
Describe the graphical interface you would like to have.
Sequence Description
Describe, when needed, function or group of functions that have to be run without the user interaction.

Define users' roles.
