Gurian Project Definition is an on-line service available for all persons who want to make good system requirements for their projects. The service is on-line 24/7.

Service description

By using the Gurian Project Definition the user will be able to register as an identified user, create, edit or delete project using the on-line wizard tool developed by Guriansoft.

While the registered user is answering the questions, the system saves the data it received. Data are stored in a Database in a secure mode.

Questions that registered user has to answer have been organised in order to constitute a “System and Functional Requirements” document allowing any IT Service Company to understand the project of the customer in order to give a quotation and a plan.

The wizard allows the registered user to go from step to step, in the project description, and answers the questions. The registered user can leave the wizard and come back when he wants.

Once the registered user decided, he will be able to see the pre-formatted “System and Functional Requirements” document. The preview is not copyable, not editable, not savable document.

If the registered user wants to have the generated “System and Functional Requirement” document he will have to buy it. The purchase is done on-line.

If the customer wants to obtain a quotation from Guriansoft, he will have to send a specific request using the link designed for. Without a request, no quotation will be sent to the customer using the on-line service “Gurian Project Definition”.

Languages for the support are English, French, Russian and Ukrainian. For the others languages support can only be perform via a translation.
